I don't own Babycat, nor do I know what it smells like exactly. All I know is that this stands on its own even without having a frame of reference. It has a slightly harsh opening that smells similar to burnt rubber and spices. After 10 minutes or so, it develops into a mature and sophisticated scent with deep woods, incense, and spices with a muted vanilla base. Over time, the spices and woods die down, and the vanilla becomes more prominent without becoming too sweet for my taste. 12 hours later, I could still smell it radiating softly off of my skin. Amazing blend with great performance. The price is well worth what you're getting.
