It is a warm, solar-leather fragrance. It opens with a salty, sun-drenched floral burst of tuberose and monoi oil, settling into a rich, creamy leather and amber base with a hint of pine.
The original EDT is spicy and youthful with blood orange and cinnamon. 1 Million Parfum is more mature, floral, and salty, focusing on a radiant "solar" warmth rather than sharp spices.
This is a very strong performer. You can expect 8–10+ hours of longevity, and on clothing, it can often be detected for over 24 hours.
While the "solar" notes work well in the sun, the leather and amber are quite dense. It performs best in Spring and Fall or for summer evenings. In extreme heat, it may become too heavy.
Yes, it retains the compliment-getting DNA of the 1 Million line but in a more unique and sophisticated way that stands out from typical blue or spicy fragrances.
Apply to pulse points like the neck and wrists. Because it is a high-concentration Parfum, 2-3 sprays are usually enough to create a noticeable scent trail for the entire day.
